Ring DoorBell 2 Live View not working

I started to have a problem with my Ring Doorbell 2. It has not been recording motion nor allowing live view. It has been stuck on “Activating Device”

I have factory reset it and connected it to a new network, tried accessing live view through the multiple phones in the household and ring.com website.

Firmware is up to date, Power status is good/hardwired, Signal Strength is RSSI -47


Speed test by the doorbell is 171.3 mbps down and 154.3 up. Ping is roughly ~19ms

I am having the same issue. I have even had Comcast come out to test my signal.

Can someone assist me in this matter, so that I can get my ring working as it’s supposed to, please.
