Ring doorbell 2 issues

Hi at 2am this morning doorbell stop responding, tried to reconnect and no joy. Started to set up again and I get"unable to join network ring setup e7" regardless what I try. Help please only have it 40 days or so.

Hi @Palmerp! The best first step for an unresponsive Doorbell is to charge the battery. Once the battery has been charged for several hours, try another setup. I recommend also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your mobile device.

If setup is still failing at this step, try resetting your Video Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
