Ring Doorbell 2 stopped working. Says there is no internet connection. Can’t reconnect, buttons on the front don’t work, is it beyond repair?

The Ring Doorbell 2 is battery-powered, so it’s possible the battery is at 0% and needs to be charged with the provided charging cable via a standard power outlet. Try charging the battery for at least 8 hours first, then attempt to set the Doorbell back up again in the Ring App. Let me know how this works for you!
