Ring doorbell 2 does not go into setup mode.

Video Doorbell 2 does not go into setup mode. I have tried every option mentioned and it stil does not enter setup mode.

  • Battery is fully charged.

  • When factory reset button is pressed, it goes through the process. After that there is nothing else when the “Setup” button is pressed.
