Ring Doorbell 2 disconnected and will not reconnect to internet

Ring2 doorbell disconnected from the internet and will not reconnect. Ive reset everything having to do wth the internet and the doorbell and now when trying to reinstall the device it will not connect and after it has flashed on the right side before the final prompt asking what the doorbell is doing. It does nothing, Ive done the hard restart and changed interent settings. The outdoor ring camera is fine but this device will not. How do i reconnect it. It was working well enough the past 6 months, and now it doesnt.
