I have 3 ring doorbell 2 batteries fully charged but when I put it in the device it still states it’s low. What could be wrong?
Hey @nhinsdale. It may take a couple events on your device or about 24 hours for the app to update with the correct battery reading. Normally you can force it to update by trying to trigger a Live View after the battery has been for a couple minutes and the device is booted back up. If you find that the battery levels are not changing even after 24 hours, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
