This doorbell is moody. It records the snapshots when she pleases. It is properly configured to record every 15 min but for some reason the only thing I see in the time line is given the case there is a motion detection… And I am sure I am missing some of those too.
Hi @Alecuba. Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you see when you’re trying to view your snapshot captures? If you haven’t already, I would suggest trying to toggle the snapshot capture off and then toggling it back on to see if it’s working properly.
