Ring Door View Camera Volume Issues

I have been using the Ring Door View camera for the better part of a month now and have noticed that the speaker when talking to people from my phone to the ring camera is very low. I've also noticed that people talking to me from it is very very quiet and I can barely hear anything.Is there a way to increase the volume when hearing people talk as well as for the sound outgoing to the person at the door so they can hear me better? Already reset the device once to see if it'd fix it.
