Ring door view cam doorbell set up / update loop

Had my door view cam for 8 months and in the last 6 weeks it has constantly been offline. Checked connectivity and was getting a great score for the WiFi strength but door constantly not connected. Either showing blank, white moving ring or dark moving ring.

When I try to set back up, it seems stuck in a loop or not willing to connect the strong WiFi.

Tried full reset, battery removal and everything else read on here. Can anyone help?

Another thing you can try is using a different smart phone or tablet while attempting a fresh setup of the Ring Door View Cam, if you have a different smart phone or tablet available.
