My 2nd generation door bell wireless power off itself in every 2/3 days. each time i charged it XXXX%. Its been almost 2 years with ring and now such problems is occurring. Any suggestion or help is welcome.

Hi @Bicky. Is the Doorbell disconnecting from wifi, or is it showing that the battery has drained completely? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end on the Device Health page.
