My Ring doorbell no longer will connect to hardwire. It just stopped connecting. There is voltage the ring will not connect.
Hi @Sheilaj1. Which model of Doorbell do you have? You can check this by looking at the original box and on the back of the device itself. Additionally, what is the power status reporting as on your Device Health page? I’d be happy to take a look once I have more information.

Mine has done this the last few days. After 6 months of being hardwired, and the app showing this and battery always being at 90-100%, it’s not saying it’s running off battery and battery needs charging! Not happy as my chime pro has stopped working too
