Ring Door Gen 1 Will Not Charge

First gen 1 will not charge. Blue light goes on when I first plug in charging cord for about 30 seconds and then goes out and shows ‘battery’ as power source in Ring app. I’ve tried various chargers and cleaned contacts that power cord plugs into. Any ideas to help? Thanx!

Hi @4317885583e523583d2c8fd99db5be. You can reset your Doorbell and then reconnect to WiFi. To reset, just press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once that is complete, reconnect to WiFi and your Doorbell will do a quick update. If you’ve tried this to no avail, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
