Why my ring door always drop the connection, it giving me a hard time to access the live view.

Hi @user69868. This is most likely due to a low RSSI. You can find your devices RSSI in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. To improve your RSSI, you may need to add a Chime Pro or WiFi access point to your network.
