We moved into a house and we cannot contact the old homeowner to change over the ring doorbell but it says it’s still connected to his account. How can I get this disconnected? Or should I just throw it away and buy a different video door bell from another company?

There are times when the previous owner is not reachable, or further steps are needed. if this is the case, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
