I’m receiving notifications but when I go to the app the video isn’t showing up.
Hi @David0508. Are you referring to the Live View, or the recording of a past event in your Event History? If you are unable to open the Live View, check out our Community Post on common causes for the Live View not loading here. If it is the recorded events that are not playing, you’ll need to make sure you have an active Ring Protect subscription for that device.
