Hi @David0508. Are you referring to the Live View, or the recording of a past event in your Event History? If you are unable to open the Live View, check out our Community Post on common causes for the Live View not loading [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/Live-View-Not-Activating-and-Connecting-Troubleshooting-Tips/ba-p/821). If it is the recorded events that are not playing, you'll need to make sure you have an active [Ring Protect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans) subscription for that device.
