Ring door bell won’t set up

I tried 2 batteries but ring door bell won’t set up I’ve now had to order another battery the door bell is only 2 years old

Hi @Rolo9. Make sure the battery you’re inserting into your Doorbell is fully charged with the included charging cable. It can take about 6-8 hours to fully charge the battery before you should attempt to set the Doorbell back up in the Ring App. You may also want to try charging the battery via a different power outlet to ensure it’s not the outlet that may not be fully charging the battery. You can also try a reset of the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
