Ring Door Bell video acting odd when the post light is on

This started about two weeks ago. When my post light is on, the video flares up and I hear a click on the replay or live view. When I turn off the post light it stops:

Any thoughts? Nothing has changed on my end. It appears to have started on Oct 11th.

Hi @opus515. It looks like the post light is throwing off your Doorbell’s night vision filter. You can try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds, and then setting it back up in the Ring App with the instructions under Set Up a Device. If that doesn’t resolve this, would you mind following up with our support team directly on this matter? You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. No go… still occurring. I will need to call Support I guess.
