I am unable to scan the MAC barcode. The initial install failed While connecting to the home WiFi so I am attempting to reinstall. However it keeps telling me the MAC barcode is incorrect when I attempt to setup without barcode it has my push the setup button on the doorbell however the spinning light does not occur. I am getting notifications through the app of activity and doorbell rings but it does not show any devices set up on the ring app.
