I just bought this doorbell and the unit will stay active or online. I have done a reboot and then the orange button. It will work for a little bit and then do the same thing again. I have very good internet and have not lost it,

I have already did that. I have been talking to someone on phone. Waiting for a reply. Sounds like i got a bad one.
