I am in a vicious loop: the initial set up failed and the device does not appear in my account and cannot be removed. Yet when I try to re-install I get the message that it is still registered to the original user (me!)
Sorry to hear about that @Danielfr! At Ring we value both your security and your privacy. If a device was previously setup in a different account, it may require an authorized release of the device in order to allow a new setup successfully. This will come in the form of an email to the previous owner.
