I have a ring door bell and it’s been working completely fine up until tonight where it has stopped working.
I have not lights but app is saying I got power
Or power is good at 24v
I’ve checked connections and all seems ok.
Hi @user64650. Since your Doorbell Pro is offline, the power status hasn’t been updated. Try to reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, attempt to set your Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
