Hi @user63976. Those were excellent settings to double check for your concern. I would also recommend rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app as well. You also want to check your Doorbells signal strength to make sure it is good. If you have taken these additional steps and continue to have missing motions, give our support team a call to further investigate. As for having more recordings somewhere else, the Ring app and Ring.com would have the same recordings, which are the only places to view your recordings for your Ring device.
