Ring Door Bell looses connectivity

My Ring doorbell Pro sits there all day long monitoring ok, but as soon as someone presses the door bell it go’s offline until i manually remove its power and reset the unit. Has this happenned to anyone else and how was it resolved ?

This is EXACTLY the same that is happening to me. At one point, Ring recommended turning off the doorbell chime within the app, and that worked for a year. The Ring Support Specialist said it had something to do with the electricty jolt when Ring sends the signal to the doorbell. But now no longer works. I have a first generation Ring Doorbell Pro purchased back in 2016.

Yes, that’s correct. I had the same concern.
