At night when I view my front yard it goes from in color excellent visibility to dark black and white without me doing anything. It does this back and forth anytime. Need help to correct. P.S. Lighting at my front door is excellent.

Additionally, would you mind sharing a screenshot of both views from the Doorbell that you’re seeing? I’d be happy to take a look at the difference.
