Ring door bell 3 stuck in firmware update. At 90%. Reboot/reset multiple times.
Tried different WI-FI, still stuck in update “loop”

Hi @user36494. When resetting your Video Doorbell 3, ensure that you’re holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Then attempt a new setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. You may also need to check if the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your router. I have called support 4 times. Was sent new unit, and still will not complete update. Was informed by support, advanced technical support is working on “known” issue
