my ring doorbell 3 works a couple times then is offline have to take battery out and put it back in and it will work again for a couple times

Hi @leedinn. When your Doorbell falls offline, it is usually do to the signal strength. Check out this Community post here to learn more about RSSI. You might need a Chime Pro to boost your signal and keep your Doorbell online. I hope this helps.
