Ring Door Bell 3 no video

Hi, been using the ring doorbell 3 for a while now. Door bell still chimes, lights active but no video or record on the app. Tried to remove and reconnect, connects fine but still no video

Can i return for inspection, i do pay for the year warranty

Hi @TwistedMind. You cannot send in your Doorbell for inspection; the warranty is to replace a Ring device if necessary. If your Live View and recordings are not working while your Doorbell is online, try the following steps:

  • Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.

  • Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on.

  • Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength.
