Hi, been using the ring doorbell 3 for a while now. Door bell still chimes, lights active but no video or record on the app. Tried to remove and reconnect, connects fine but still no video Can i return for inspection, i do pay for the year warranty

    Hi @TwistedMind. You cannot send in your Doorbell for inspection; the warranty is to replace a Ring device if necessary. If your Live View and recordings are not working while your Doorbell is online, try the following steps: - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi). - Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. - Verify your Doorbell has [good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229).
