Ring door bell 2 not activating on android or pc

hi,
i am sorry if this has an answer , but i have had a quick look and can not find the same issue.

the problem i am having is the ring door bell 2 not activating on android or pc, it is however working on perfectly all 3 of my shows, i have uninstalled re-installed the apps multiple times.

the doorbell works as per normal , i can access all the settings .

the wifi is strong as i have tested next to my router.

motion detection alerts all my devices

the battery is at 98% , i have tested it with both of my batteries

Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device, and that there are no android apps installed that might conflict with the Ring app. Additionally, I recommend trying out our Rapid Ring app, designed for the quickest access to live view.
