My ring door bell notifies me that there is someone there but when I see it it just keeps saying it loading and nothing keeps doing that for hours! Help
Hey @Miguel6794! Video concerns are often related to wifi or mobile device connection. The best first step here would be to check on your wifi signal or RSSI in the Ring app. Check out our Community post about good versus poor RSSI.
Once confirming wifi speeds and signal strength are sufficient, try connecting to video via wifi on your mobile device and then on cell data only to see if one is better. If this concern persists, I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app and disabling bluetooth or VPN. I hope this helps!
