Ring door 3 and vodaphone ultra hub 1

Hello not connecting since upgrading router
Any ideas ?

Hi @user72360. Make sure your router isn’t too far from the Doorbell, as it won’t be able to connect if the signal isn’t strong enough. I looked up the router you have as well, and I see that it has wifi 6. I’d suggest creating a guest network utilizing only the 2.4GHz connection, and disabling the wifi 6 if possible. If you aren’t sure how to adjust the settings on your router, your internet service provider should be able to help.
