I’ve had this happening multiple times already. Delivery guy brings a package, rings the doorbell, the doorbell itself give the ring-tune, but inside nothing is triggered. The chime doesn’t give a sound nor does my phone.
When I looked in the video recordings I saw that there was motion detected, with a recording of the delivery guy stepping up to my front door, pushing the ring doorbell and you can clearly hear the sound of the Ring. But the video is not marked as “missed”, just as motion, which implies they didn’t push the button, which they did.
Please fix this because it makes this doorbell pretty useless !

As mentioned in one of the other threads for the same complaint, it’s seems a known issue for the Pro 2. Ring (back-end) support has to solve this. Another WiFi network and a brand new Pro 2 didn’t even solve the issue in my case. Still intermittent no chime (3 x latest generation) sound and iPhone notification.
