Ring doesn't allow live viewing

Installed a ring doorbell last week.
It’s hard wired and the doorbell does work.
It also notifies me when people are outside.
However when I try to watch my doorbell camera live it just tries to load until it fails and asks to reconnect. I have tried other devices and this isn’t working well.

Hi there, @Mduran0010! What type of mobile device is being used? I recommend trying out the Rapid Ring app, designed for optimal access to live view. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:

Ring always have done had problems with Live View. It has greatly improved but occasionally I get the same thing. About two weeks ago I ran into it again.

I’ve been on the phone 4 times today for exactly the same thing. I get notification of people on the drive but no live feed on a brand new Doorbell 3 on Android phone, IPad or Show 8. Customer Services haven’t got a clue what to do.
I get a message on my phone ‘Live view is blocked by your network’
