Ring disconnecting after Wifi change

Ever since switching my router, my Ring disconnects daily. I’ve had the cable company come back out to double check my connection and everything works fine, with the exception of the Ring. I’ve rebooted the device, rebooted the modem, I’ve spent hours on the phone with tech support (cable company and Ring team)

THREE months later, and still no resolve. I’m frustrated and feel unsafe in my own home.

Hi @user72529. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page? This will give us an indication of how strong the signal is. Is your router dual-band, and are the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks separate? Or do they share the same network name and password? Lastly, which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? The model name can also be found on the Device Health page.
