Hello, I recently purchased the ring alarm system and all was fine. After being satisfied with the system, I purchased the doorbell pro 2 hardwired and floodlight cam plus. I installed everything, but ever since then, my internet has been disconnecting. It isn’t even my wireless router. My modem is disconnecting as well. The disconnect lasts exactly 5 minutes and then I get my net back up again. Anyone know how I can remedy this issue? I tried fixing the ip, but still the issue does not go away.

Hi @Chewbacca. What is the RSSI for you devices? Are they connected to a 2.4 GHz or a 5 GHz network? Have you tried adjusting the WiFi channels you are using? You can learn more about this [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407014643732-Changing-Your-Router-Channel). I would suggest making those adjustments and monitoring if this improves your connection.
