HI, we have a ring spotlight which is great and a basic plan. what I want to know is. if I wanted to add a ring camera to my other property so I could monitor both properties then what kind of plan would I need? also can i view video etc using one account
Hi @user77934. The Ring Protect Basic plan covers one Ring Doorbell or Camera, while the Ring Protect Plus plan covers all Ring Doorbells and Cameras at a single location. Since you will be installing this Camera at a different location, your best option would be to subscribe the Basic plan for that Camera as well. You can have both locations under the same Ring account, and toggle between them to view the Cameras. We have more information on our Ring Protect plans here if you’d like an overview.
