Ring device showing on phone app but not on computer

I am trying to purchase the basic subscription for my doorbell but when I login it doesn’t show that I have a device connected. I use the same login information on my phone and I can see my device and I get notified on motion and when someone rings the doorbell. How can I fix this?

Hey @whoopsyd! Great call checking the account information you are using to log in with. I recommend also ensuring that the email field is not auto-filling with a different account if you have one. Also, please ensure there are not multiple locations on your account/ in your app. If there are, you will want to select the proper location with your Ring device on it.
