Hi! I just got my ring doorbell wired. All goes well until the setup (where there should be white light). But the doorbell is solid blue from the second it Powers on. How to fix this or how to set it up? I tried 20sec pushing the reset button no luck.
Hi @user53126. During the setup process in the Ring app, you’ll need to press the setup button to put your Doorbell into setup mode. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? If it’s the Video Doorbell Wired, it will need to be installed properly so it has sufficient power before it can be setup in the Ring app. The Doorbell Wired is compatible with doorbell systems supplying 10-24 volts AC, at 50 or 60 Hz, 20-40 VA max. Make sure to follow the installation instructions here as well.
