Ring connection issue

My Ring 3 was installed about 3 months ago . About 1 month ago I began having issues with the Ring going off-line… I have to remove the battery and reinstall the Ring continuously to re-connect. The notifications and doorbell are sporadic. The light on the doorbell is not blue. Any suggestions?

Hi @NonnieNea. If your Doorbell is disconnecting, I would recommend checking the RSSI to make sure the Doorbell has a strong wifi connection.
