ring.com live view not updating

Just rebooted modem. Ring.com live view hasn’t updated since last evening 6:25PM.

Just discovered that I’ve had no motion alerts since last snapshot. I guess that’s how it works via ring.com.

Hey @momjr! Your timeline view should update with snapshots periodically. It sounds like you’ve found our help center article about taking snapshots. I recommend also checking out this help center article which has tips and tricks for enabling Snapshot, as well as changing the frequency of captured snapshots. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:

Looks like the ring.com internet access has limited functionality.
