The Ring.com application no longer works on my Iphone8. It says can not connect to the internet.
Hey @sgoe2003. Do you have the most up to date iOS software? You will need to make sure that your software on your phone is up to date, along with your app. If both of these are up to date, please remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone (turn it off/on) and then reinstall the Ring app. From there, make sure you have a reliable connection on your phone (connected to home wifi or have mobile data turned on) and try to log in.
