Ring Chime with Wired Ring Doorbell

Greetings.want to hard wire my Ring doorbell and use my Ring Wirekess chime. I don't want to use my outdated regular chime.Thougts?Thanks

    In theory not a big problem - but it depends on what door bell you have and on what voltage the current regular chime is on how much work you need to do did you wire the existing chime to the doorbell - really need a bit more info to give you the correct answer

      Thanks for the reply.To Clarify: my wired chime itself has died. I have a Ring2 running in battery now. Would like to power the Ring2 from the doorbell transformer, with the 'chine' sound coming from my wireless chime.hope this helpThanks
