I’ve installed new Ring devices and now have been experiencing existing network connectivity issues. Laptops can no longer connect to the internet through an existing wireless network. A modem/router reboot will ocassionally correct the problem, but not always. Very frustrating. Any ideas?
Hi @FrustratedNetwork. Have you contacted your internet service provider recently? If you’re experiencing latency concerns with your home network, it sounds like you aren’t getting enough upload and download speed for the multiple devices in your home to function properly. You can test that and read more about your speeds and how they relate to your Ring devices in our Community post here. I would address this concern with them, and then get back to us on what they say!
