Ring cameras not detecting motion

We have a guests in our house and we noticed several times that people be on backyard, but there are no video files. As a screenshots I see them there, but no video.
Also noticed video can be choppy when before with slower internet video was much smoother.
Please fix it.

Hi @Biarritz. I was able to find this Community post where another neighbor had a similar concern with missing motions. There is a solution with steps to try for that type of concern. As for your concern for poor video quality, we have this Help Center article with steps to try. I hope this helps.

I have Gigabit internet with router which cover 5300 square feet house in 1300 square house.
The radius of Wi-Fi is way above to reach cameras locating.
Before I had different router with less coverage and slower internet, but was working fine and only time-to-time I had an issue with pixilation. Looks like there was software update to cameras and after that issue become more problematic.
