Recently obtained a new phone and had to change my e-mail. Now, none of my devices show connected to the app and when I try to add them, it tells me that it is already assigned to another user. Since I am the ONLY user I don’t see how this is possible. Getting really really frustrated.
Hi @HVR_1971. You said you changed your email address, which means you have created a new Ring account with this new email address. Your Ring devices are set up under your existing Ring account with your original email address, and cannot be set up under a new account unless they are removed from the original.
If you’re unable to access your original Ring account, you’ll need to follow up with our support team for assistance with unlinking your devices from that account.
