We set up our ring camera before we left for vacation. It went offline and we cannot reconnect through the app and we are not home to mess with it. What can we do?
Hey @Myringsucks. Are you able to do a remote reboot of your router? Normally if the device is offline, it may be from a connection lapse, and rebooting the router may help. In the event you are unable to do that or it does not bring the device back online, do you have someone who could come visit the home for you, potentially a friend, family member, or neighbor? I’m happy to let you know the best next steps if this is the case and you can have someone come out for you!
