Is it possible to use a Ring camera without access to a smartphone or tablet? Only via a PC.

Can you activate a new camera and do everything needed through Ring.com, once the Windows app is deprecated?

I have to decide whether to purchase a Ring camera or go to a different manufacturer ASAP.
