After working great for 3 months, my spotlight pro cam says video did not record properly and will not go live.

Hi @Dag29942. If your Spotlight Cam Pro is not recording or activating a Live View, try the following steps: - [Reboot your Camera using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-). - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - Verify that your Camera has a [good signal strength, also known as RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). - Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
