After working great for 3 months, my spotlight pro cam says video did not record properly and will not go live.
Hi @Dag29942. If your Spotlight Cam Pro is not recording or activating a Live View, try the following steps:
Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
Verify that your Camera has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI.
Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
