Ring Camera offline
My ring camera is offline and will not reset. Blue light comes on periodically for a few seconds but when you push the setup button nothing happens

Same issue I have. Ihad to call support, and have them determine it was defective. Fortunately it was under waranty and had to get. new one shipped. It will be a 3 week ordeal.
