Hoping someone can help… my ring camera went completely dead. I have had it on the charger for days now and it won’t charge at all. I uninstalled it from my wifi and reinstalled it thinking that would help. Nothing I have tried has got it to charge. I even ordered a new charger off of Amazon and still no luck! Please help!!!
